Pearce Avenue sets a record for Poole property prices

However the influence of Sandbanks property prices helped by the Sandbanks estate agents seems to have spread beyond the boundaries of this tiny peninsula.

However, Pearce Avenue sits 3 miles from the peninsula and its amenities, although like its counter parts properties on this road do offer uninterrupted views across Poole Harbour and some would argue gives residents better privacy.
Therefore on these statistics the land value on the peninsula still has the edge on Pearce Avenue if only just and although many high net worth developers have expressed an interests in this unique opportunity it is still currently available.
